Is the Show reduced mobility-friendly?
PAM, Paris Accompagnement Mobilité, is a specialized and adapted transportation offer for people with reduced mobility, organized by Paris City Center.
Wheelchairs* are available to visitors with reduced mobility throughout the visit – staff at the information desk are available to help you at the main entrance to the Porte de Versailles (Gate A). Outside information desk opening hours, please contact staff at the Main Security Centre, if necessary.
All car parks have dedicated reduced mobility parking spots.

Is there a left luggage office or a cloakroom?
A cloakroom is available at the entrance of the show. It costs 2€ per item.
Note: If you have business badge, you will find a free cloakroom at the entrance of the Business Lounge (Pavilion 3).
Can we eat at the fair?
Yes, there are several catering areas (snacks, restaurants) in the 2.1, 2.3 and 3 les pavilions, including:
Red Hippo : in the pavilion 2.1
Café de seine : in the pavilion 2.3
Paul : in the pavilion 3
Can I withdraw money at the show?
6 cash withdrawals are available 24/24 at Paris expo Porte de Versailles and especially:
Main alley, Gate A
Pavilion 3, Gate A
Is there a concierge service?
A dedicated Concierge services which help you to plan your travel and stay.
During the 4 days show, Business guests and exhibitors could contact our Concierge at the Business Lounge.

How to get an invitation letter for my visa?
All foreign nationals wishing to come to France must be able to produce regulatory proof at the border relating to the purpose of their stay, their means of subsistence and their accommodation.
In general, unless an exemption exists, a visa is necessary. It must be requested and obtained before departure, from the French Embassy or Consulate in the applicant’s country of residence.

Here are the steps you have to complete:
Order your badge on the web site
Request your invitation letter on your confirmation message
Print out and present this letter together with your visa application at the French Embassy or Consulate in your country (Franchise Expo Paris cannot be held responsible for any refusals of visa applications.)

Do I have to buy an admission ticket for my child?
Entry is free for children under 15.
From 16, your child is considered as a student and will have to show a student card benefit from a preferential rate.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Ticket offices open at 9:30am on Sunday at the entrance of the Show.
However, to avoid queueing, we recommend booking tickets now on our website, in the "ticketing" section.
Should I print out my e-ticket?
Print out your e-ticket so that you can present it to the hostesses at the entrance to the Show.
Is my ticket valid for several days?
A ticket is valid for an admission throughout the all period of the show (4 days).
Are pets allowed in?
Small pets are welcomed as long as they are carried in bag.
