After two years of strong expansion in 2024 and 2025, the Mousquetaires Group continues its expansion dynamic with the ambition of recruiting more than 100 new business leaders in 2026.
This ambition concerns all French regions and all brands of the Mousquetaires Group:
- Mobility with Roady and Rapid Windscreen
- DIY with Bricomarché and Brico Cash
- Food with Intermarché and Netto.
An ambitious recruitment
Les Mousquetaires are developing a very active recruitment policy for their brands, to allow the takeover of existing points of sale by new business owners and to ensure the expansion of the brands with the creation of new points of sale.
For 2026, the Group has strong ambitions to recruit business leaders for Intermarché in relation to urban development and external growth, for Netto as part of its development to 2027, for the DIY division in order to strengthen its leading position, and for Roady with the aim of gaining market share.
In numbers, this represents:
- More than 60 projects for Intermarché,
- Nearly 30 opportunities for Netto,
- Around twenty redesigns and new creations for Bricomarché.
- About two weeks for Roady.
An internal training program lasting 5 to 6 months
In order to take over or create a point of sale under the best conditions, the Mousquetaires Group provides its future business leaders with a veritable campus dedicated to entrepreneurship.
The goal? To grasp all aspects of being a business owner and to consolidate the essential skills for managing a retail outlet. During this period, future Musketeers alternate between theoretical modules and five practical internships in retail locations. Each year, more than 200 future business owners are trained according to their chosen sector (food, DIY, mobility).
