What data is collected?
Several categories of personal data concerning you may be collected, and in particular the following data: 
Identification data: this includes data such as your title, your first and last name, your contact details (e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, etc.);

Your traffic and browsing history on the sites, including information relating to the traceability of your actions on the sites or with regard to e-mails that we may send you;
Data relating to the monitoring of your relationship with the Federation and the company FFF SERVICES: requests for contact, information or documentation, correspondence exchanged, data relating to transactions carried out and means of payment, information of an economic and financial nature, data relating to your professional situation, services subscribed to / products ordered and details, order history, data relating to the payment of invoices, data necessary for carrying out loyalty-building, canvassing, research and surveys.
How is your data collected?
When your company joins the FFF:
If your retailer is a member of the FFF, personal data about you may have been recorded during the membership process via dedicated forms and questionnaires. 
Please note that certain services, functionalities or sections of the site are strictly reserved for FFF members (in particular, those available via the "members' area" of the site).

When you register for training courses provided by FFF SERVICES:
If you register for a training course provided by FFF SERVICES, your personal data will be recorded on the registration form.
When requesting mediation:
When requesting mediation on the website, personal data may be communicated to the FFF.
The FFF's mediation service will be better able to respond to your requests if the information you provide is detailed and comprehensive.
When you connect to one of our sites:
Your connection and browsing data are recorded at this time.
Through third parties:
Some of your data may have been sent to us, with your prior consent, by our partners. In this case, the processing of your data will be governed by these stipulations.
