WHO ARE WE ?: Nestenn is a network of franchised real estate agencies, created in 2017 from the merger of Avis Immobilier (a historic French network founded in 1957) and Solvimo (founded in 2001). This alliance gave birth to an ambitious and innovative brand, combining human expertise with digital innovation.

With over 400 agencies in France and abroad, the network has enjoyed sustained growth of around 20% per year since its creation. In 2024, Nestenn achieved a total turnover exceeding €130 million and now brings together more than 2,000 employees.

With a clear vision and a strategy focused on the future, Nestenn aims to become France’s most trusted real estate brand.
