WHO ARE WE ?: PizzaCosy, sincere places and popular cuisine.

This love story began in 2010. Florent and David opened the first PizzaCosy on the outskirts of Saint-Étienne.

The birth of an all-consuming passion for pizza and good food.

In 2017, the brand embarked on the great adventure of franchising.

At PizzaCosy, rigorous sourcing of the products used to make pizzas is at the heart of the project. Recipes are developed using seasonal ingredients and in collaboration with the best producers in France and Italy.

Thanks to Le Grand Feu's central kitchen, the quality of all the ingredients used in the recipes is carefully controlled.

The pizza dough is made daily at the point of sale by the pizzaiolos according to a precise protocol. The dough is made from a French flour developed exclusively with Minoterie Dupuy-Couturier and distributed by Le Grand Feu.

Today, PizzaCosy has 71 pizzerias, including 10 branches, average sales of €650k and over 14 years' experience.

With a clear ambition: to become the pizza brand of choice for all French people.
