At Rom’antica, the product has had pride of place for over 30 years. Yeast, water and flour are where everything begins, but it is through the passion and care of our pizza makers, who make the dough directly in-store, that the unmistakable pizza by Rom’antica is born. No less than the satisfaction of the customer who recognises the classic Roman pizza by its crunchiness and authentic taste – that’s what we aim for: the Real Pizza alla Romana, day in and day out. We create a product that is an icon of Italian tradition, while paying close attention to processing.
