Kurry Up is the first French fast-casual Indian food concept, created in 2015 and successfully proven for nearly 10 years. The brand has established itself as a key player in Indian street food and aims to maintain its leading position nationwide.
Kurry Up has successfully democratized Indian cuisine by making it accessible, modern and easy to understand for all audiences, from ages 10 to 60 and beyond. The concept offers a strong alternative to today’s saturated markets such as burgers, pizza, sushi, poké or tacos, while providing consumers with a distinctive, flavorful and immersive fast-food experience.
Designed to be simple, reassuring and operationally efficient, the concept is built around a clear, open counter where all products are fully visible. Customers create their own bowl step by step: a base, a protein or mixed protein option (chicken tikka / shrimp) or a vegetarian option (samosa, pakora), an iconic Indian sauce (butter, masala, korma), Indian vegetables (palak, dal…), followed by fresh toppings and a homemade sauce (raita, mint…).
Each bowl is served with a naan bread baked to order, in front of the customer, using either a traditional tandoor oven or a rotating oven.
Kurry Up also offers a selection of naan sandwiches and parathas, starting at €6.50, to suit every dining occasion.
