- Balme is a unique concept combining a boutique and restaurant, dedicated to truffle lovers and high-quality products.
The network currently has 13 establishments across the country and aims to open 4 to 6 new locations per year. This growth is carefully considered, in line with the excellence of the product at the heart of our concept.
Our cuisine is convivial and generous, centered around seasonal dishes and iconic recipes that have built our reputation—most notably, the famous truffle macaroni.
With over 10 years of experience, the concept is available in several formats: market halls in city centers, small convivial spaces inspired by wine cellars with shared dining in the evening, or larger venues offering bistro-style cuisine throughout the day and on weekends.
