The founding vision focuses on offering a unique sensory experience where gelato is prepared and churned in full view of the customer. This is achieved through advanced technologies that integrate production, storage, and display into a single system. This innovative approach enhances natural raw ingredients, ensures a consistently smooth texture, and simplifies operational management.
Founders **Michea Penna**, **Marilena Vigilante**, and **Arianna Chinelli** developed Cremglassè as a scalable business model capable of combining Italian tradition with international growth. The franchising network is designed for partners with diverse backgrounds, featuring a modular structure with **no entry fees or royalties**. This encourages investment even from entrepreneurs without prior industry experience.
Following initial openings in Loano and Pietra Ligure, the brand has expanded its network across Italy and abroad.
