- With three years of experience in coffee in NYC, Tom Abbar and Tanguy Kayser opened the first Blondie shop in April 2023 in Paris’s 9th arrondissement, complete with an on-site roastery to offer exceptional house-made coffee. This first coffeeshop combines the art of coffee, generous pastries, and American-inspired street food.
In March 2024, Blondie expanded its concept with a second location in the 10th arrondissement, maintaining the vibe of the first shop while introducing a dedicated brunch menu on weekends.
Blondie is also growing in the event space, offering catering for brand showrooms and stands at festivals like WhiskyLive, bringing its expertise and positive energy wherever the action is.
