Become a chocolatier (more than just a chocolate seller!) by crafting the delicate chocolate sheets that make up our signature product: the Bouquet de Chocolat®. You will also sell a wide range of chocolates and Basque macarons, all handmade in our Bayonne workshop. Ice creams, biscuits, and fruit pastes enrich our product offering throughout the year.



A young franchise network: with only 33 boutiques, mostly located in the western half of France, L’Atelier du Chocolat offers you the opportunity to innovate with an attractive concept that is still underrepresented.



A human-sized company driven by values of transmission, sharing, and quality: Founded by the Andrieu family, L’Atelier du Chocolat has been expanding as a network of Atelier-Boutiques since 1996 and is now part of Maison Agour, the flagship of Basque gastronomy.
