Our 3 core services:

• Personalized coaching (SOLO, DUO, or SMALL-GROUP of four): 30-minute sessions by appointment, guided by a certified professional with connected tracking.

• Autonomous training sessions: Unlimited access without time restrictions, fully connected for continuous progress.

• Nutritional coaching: 30-minute sessions by appointment, based on a 14-step educational method.
