WHO ARE WE ?: DIAGAMTER (Diagnosis - Asbestos - Termites) is a franchise network specialising in mandatory technical diagnosis for the sale, rental or renovation of properties. This includes diagnosis such as EPC (Energy Performance Certificate, Energy audits), asbestos, lead, electricity, gas, termites, pest infestation and surface condition.

Created in 1997, the network has currently 170 agencies spread across the country, although there are still areas available!

In addition to mandatory technical diagnosis, Diagamter has developed a clear strategy to diversify its activities. The brand is therefore developing other markets in addition to the sales and rental markets, such as:

DTGs, collective EPCs and PPTs for co-owned properties
Asbestos surveys prior to construction and demolition under the Aléa Contrôles brand, which is aimed more at construction professionals, companies and public bodies
Tertiary EPCs for business premises
The advantage of diversification is that your diagnostics agency is not solely dependent on the sales and rental markets (in the event of market fluctuations, for example), and that it can expand its areas of activity to increase its sources of income and take advantage of a larger market.
