WHO ARE WE ?: Since its inception 20 years ago, dubble's founders have been committed to promoting a healthier lifestyle and enhancing the well-being of their customers by offering HEALTHY food options. dubble has thus crafted a fast-food concept anchored in 6 core values:

→ Each recipe is freshly prepared in-house, across all our restaurants, without relying on a central kitchen.

→ Our kitchens strictly use fresh ingredients, devoid of any freezers.

→ Our focus is on 'free-from' products: free from preservatives, added sugars, artificial colorings, and additives.

→ We champion in-house, freshly made products over industrial ones: you won't find industrial pesto, hummus, or granola at dubble – we make them ourselves.

→ Our innovation is relentless: we were trailblazers in introducing QUINOA BOWLS, early adopters of the POKE BOWLS trend, and our famous OCHAZUKE is likely to be imitated soon!

→ Our commitment to the planet is evident: from eco-friendly packaging to combating food waste, and the extensive use of fruits, vegetables, seeds, grains, and legumes.

Over the years, dubble's menu, steadfast to its values, has become more diverse and expansive:

We have evolved from offering 2 to 4 menus annually, better aligning with seasonal changes.→ Today, over half of dubble's menu comprises vegetarian or vegan options.→ Our hot dish range, introduced in the winter of 2014/2015, has grown considerably: featuring 40 distinct recipes each season.
