- Greekia embodies the Mediterranean way of life, where food is central to culture and social ties.
Greekia is the story of Hugo and Tom, two young graduates of the Institut Paul Bocuse who are fascinated by the Greek way of life. In love with the country, they decided to return as adults.
Once there, they followed in the footsteps of Pappoù Georges, a grandpa they met while strolling through a market. Georges welcomed them, sharing with them his passion for Gyros. The typical Greek sandwich from which they drew inspiration for their “Kegré”.
Their ambition is to pass on to you the love for the “Kegré” that has inspired them ever since. So they created Greekia, where you'll find gourmet, healthy and refreshing cuisine.
It's not just a sandwich story. Greekia is rooted in the whole Mediterranean dining experience, including that natural sense of welcome and conviviality throughout. That's why, at Greekia, generosity is our watchword.
