The cookies are then kneaded, calibrated and baked on site, in front of the customer.Our ingredients are carefully selected for their quality and their French manufacture : fresh butter AOP Charentes Poitou, organic eggs, flour from the center - Val de Loire, and so on. And of course: no artificial flavors or preservatives, no palm oil or margarine. 100% pure butter cookies.Today, La Fabrique Cookies has 13 directly owned stores, 4 openings planned in 2023, 85 employees and still and always new recipes of cookies which evolve according to the trends and the seasons.
