The Association's non-profit, public-interest purpose is to support and accompany the entrepreneurial initiative of people who are excluded from traditional support schemes, particularly because of their social background, geographical location or lack of professional qualifications.
History
Since 2015, Les Déterminés has been training and supporting people, mainly from disadvantaged neighbourhoods and rural areas, in their entrepreneurial endeavours.
Since 2020, we have extended our action to mentoring and employability through free educational programmes based on our project management methodology, in order to maximise opportunities for integration and open up the field of possibilities to a population that is often a long way from the world of work and employment. The aim is to achieve ever greater inclusion, gender equality and, above all, equal opportunities in the Priority Urban Neighbourhoods.
