WHO ARE WE ?: O’Crousti Poulet Original is a fast-casual concept, 100% counter and takeaway, specialized in crispy chicken, homemade sauces and a short, efficient and profitable menu.
We currently operate several company-owned and franchised restaurants, with no closures to date.

Our strength lies in a highly structured kitchen organization (recipes, portioning, processes), very fast service, limited waste and optimized profitability. The model is designed to be simple to operate, with a controlled entry ticket and a rapid return on investment, depending on the location.

We also offer homemade side dishes, including rice- and pasta-based options, to complement our crispy chicken offer.

O’Crousti Poulet Original targets a very broad customer base:

families and parents,

young people, students and working professionals,

as well as older customers looking for a quick, generous and affordable meal.

Our restaurants attract both local regulars and new customers drawn by the concept and word of mouth.

We support our franchise partners from A to Z: training, opening support, purchasing, marketing and brand image. O’Crousti Poulet Original also relies on a strong presence on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) and urban advertising campaigns to drive traffic from day one.
