WHO ARE WE ?: Pizza Viva is the pizza that makes you feel good.

Pizza Viva is also the story of Adriano, a former journalist who, after becoming unable to tolerate gluten, set out in search of the original wheat varieties. His journey led him to Sicily, where he could find a rare wheat after years of dedicated research enabled his company to become the only officially recognized *Young Innovative Company* in this field by the French Ministry of Research.

The result: a healthy, highly digestible pizza that truly nourishes and gives a lot of satiety — while remaining light, flavorful, and indulgent.

At the Franchise Expo, Pizza Viva will unveil its franchise model for the very first time:

* Dine-in and takeaway concept featuring pizza, fresh salads, and desserts
* Beverage offering including draft drinks, signature bread beer, and kombucha
* Dedicated retail corner for **“Pane Vivo – the bread that makes you feel good”** (already distributed by 25 resellers in Paris)
