I'm thinking about starting my own business. Is Franchise Expo Paris for me?
Yes, absolutely! You can select conferences dedicated to business creation using the search engine, and you can also meet specialists in business creation (Support and Experts section), learn how to finance your project (Financing section), and find out where to set up and what assistance you can get from local authorities (Cities & Territories section).

Is the expo accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The expo takes place in Pavilion 1 of Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles, which is on the ground level. Please note that the expo is not able to provide wheelchairs.
All parking facilities at Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles have parking spaces for people with reduced mobility.

How to obtain a letter of invitation for a visa application?
Order your badge here, then request your letter of invitation during the process. Print and present this letter along with your application to the French Embassy in your country (Franchise Expo Paris is not responsible for visa approvals or denials).
Do I need to buy an entrance ticket for my child?
Entry is free for children under 15 years old. From 16 years old, your child will need to provide a student ID to benefit from a special price of €10.
Is my ticket valid for multiple days?
Your ticket is valid for all 3 days of Franchise Expo Paris.
Can we buy our ticket on-site?
Yes, ticket booths are available and open from 9:30 AM at the entrance of the expo. You can pay by credit card and in cash.
To avoid any waiting at the entrance, we recommend registering here.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can present yourself at the expo entrance with your badge on your phone or printed if you prefer.
Please note: each badge is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another person, even if you leave the expo permanently. Random checks may be conducted to verify the match between the badge and your ID.
Are animals allowed?
Small pets are welcome as long as they are carried in a bag. We also allow guide dogs or assistance dogs.
I received an invitation code from an exhibitor. How do I use it to register for free?
In the registration form on the website, enter the 'Promotion Code' field with the invitation code that the exhibitor sent you. The discount will be applied once the form is submitted.
How can I receive an invitation code to access the expo for free?
Feel free to reach out to exhibitors or partners of the expo to obtain a free invitation code. Also, keep an eye on Franchise Expo Paris publications across various media; you may find an invitation code there.
What you need to know before visiting Franchise Expo Paris
Is it possible to register for the conferences?
You will be able to register for the conferences, workshops, pitches, Meet & Speak (one-on-one meeting with a franchisee), and Franchise Expo Live as soon as the program is published.
Click on the conference that interests you and then select 'register for the conference.' You can also find the list of conferences you are registered for in your visitor space.
Tip: Remember to download the expo's mobile app to receive a notification a few minutes before the start of the conferences that interest you!

How can I find my way around the expo?
Here are 3 solutions for you:
- Starting February 20, access the interactive map of the expo here. Convenient: download the mobile app of the expo; it will make navigation even easier.

Quickly identify exhibitors and their locations using the filter system and search bar. Bonus: you can also find the conference schedule by clicking on each area, for example.
At the expo, in the 'I Prepare My Visit' area, located just after your access badge check.
- A large screen will be available at the entrance of the expo, where you can find the map and other useful information.
- Printed maps are also available for you.
How to identify the aisles of the expo?
Overhead signage allows you to identify the letter of each aisle. Additionally, the different sectors of the expo are indicated by carpets of different colors corresponding to the same colors on the expo map. Ground markings also help to identify each sector.
How to quickly find an exhibitor at the expo?
With the help of the map (digital or printed), you can identify and locate the exhibitors that interest you on the search engine of the website franchiseparis.com. Each exhibitor has ground markings next to their stand displaying their name and stand number. No time to wait to meet them, or do you want to plan your visit route? Use the mobile app to retrieve the exhibitor's information, which you can then download at your leisure.

Why are there different colors on the expo map?
Each color corresponds to a sector of activity to help you navigate better:
- Yellow: Food commerce, Food distribution, Hospitality and catering
- Pink: Beauty, health, fitness, Fashion and personal equipment
- Light blue: International pavilions
- Turquoise: Construction and Home improvement, Decoration and home equipment, Real estate
- Orange: Automotive, Cycling, Motorbikes, Specialist outlets
- Dark blue: Services for individuals, Business services
- Red: Financing, Assistance for business creation
- Purple: FFF Experts
- Green: Cities and Territories
Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage?
A cloakroom is available at the entrance of the expo.

Can I withdraw cash at the expo?
A cash dispenser is available outside Hall 1, to the right of the visitor entrance.
Can we have lunch at the expo?
Several dining options are spread throughout the expo: Paul, La Place (self-service), Factory & Co, Go Johnny Go, as well as a food court offered by the expo exhibitors. Each dining area is indicated on the expo map.
Is it possible to sit in the expo to prepare for your visit, work, or rest?
You have several areas indicated on the maps:
- The visitor preparation area at the entrance of the expo
- The coworking space
- The terraces of the dining areas
- The connected benches near the Agora, with the option to plug in your phone to recharge
Several rest areas are also available and indicated on the expo map.
How much time should be allocated to visit the expo?
The expo hosts over 600 exhibitors and a very comprehensive conference program that changes daily. Therefore, you should allocate enough time to see everything. Visitors typically spend a minimum of one day, but two days can be beneficial depending on the number of exhibitors you wish to meet and the conferences you want to attend.
What are some good tips for an effective visit?
Plan your appointments in advance with the exhibitors that interest you, identify the conferences you wish to attend, and allocate time to walk through the aisles and discover exhibitors you might not have considered.
How can I find out what's new this year?
Make sure to use the thematic filter "what's new" in the list of exhibitors and in the conference program to identify new exhibitors and their presentations.
How to navigate the expo?
The aisle letters are visible in the air, in the middle of the expo. The booth numbers are indicated on the ground next to each booth. The aisles range from aisle B, located completely on the right, to aisle X, completely on the left. Exhibitors are grouped by sector, with each sector having a different carpet color. Large orientation maps are placed at the reception, ground maps are visible in the main aisles, and paper versions are available at the entrance. An interactive map can be accessed on the website, at digital kiosks at the conference room entrances, and on the expo's mobile app.
Where to find foreign concepts?
On the exhibitors' list on the website, you can sort by country or by the area where the brands wish to expand. An 'international' filter also allows you to display all non-French exhibitors.
Some international brands are also present through International Pavilions, which you can find on the left side of the exhibition hall from the entrance. The exhibitors' list is available on the exhibition's mobile app and on the digital kiosks located at the entrance of the conference rooms.
I have a limited financial contribution; how can I identify concepts that might suit me?
In the exhibitors' list, you have a filter based on the amount of the contribution requested by the brand before borrowing.
What should I do if I can't view my badge in my personal space?
The access badge for the exhibition is in PDF format. If you have trouble opening it, we recommend downloading the latest version of Adobe Reader.
Where can I find the official exhibition catalog?
The official exhibition catalog will be available for self-service in the 'I Prepare My Visit' area at the entrance of the exhibition. All exhibitors are also presented on the exhibition's mobile app.

Is there a replay for the conferences?
All conferences at the Agora (the main space) are recorded! You can find them a few days after the exhibition on our YouTube channel.
The shows of Franchise Expo Live, our TV set, are broadcast live on our YouTube channel and available for replay after the exhibition.
How can I receive my invoice?
The invoice is sent by email within a few days after registration. If you have not received it, please send an email to:
