Imported from the Costa Rican leitmotif "Pura Vida," which describes a positive way of life and a simple philosophy of eating, our cuisine aims to be creative, nutritious, and flavorful: Eating well for oneself and for the planet. In our restaurants, we aspire to create a genuine place for encounters and exchanges, while prioritizing organic, fresh, and seasonal products, all within a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
Committed to sustainable development and positive-impact food, we aim for all our dishes to have a carbon footprint nine times lower than that of a traditional dish. How? By using low-carbon proteins, with no industrial processing, controlled cooking from start to finish, and seasonal ingredients throughout the year. We want to offer truly sustainable dining while keeping the taste and quality of the products at the center of our priorities.
