Description
The C.R.A (Cédants et Repreneurs d’Affaires) is a non-profit organization established 37 years ago, dedicated to facilitating the transfer of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the industrial, services, and artisanal sectors.
Operating across the entire country, the C.R.A relies on a network of 240 volunteer representatives in 70 regional branches. These representatives, who are former business leaders, accountants, bankers, or business transfer professionals, bring their expertise and experience to support business sellers and buyers throughout the entire transfer process. Their voluntary commitment ensures there is no conflict of interest and helps maintain affordable membership fees.
By promoting entrepreneurship through business acquisitions, the C.R.A plays a key role in preserving local jobs and know-how. Since its inception, the organization has supported more than 35,000 entrepreneurs, enabling the successful transfer of over 3,000 businesses, while preventing the loss of thousands of jobs.
As a major player in business transfers, the C.R.A continues to contribute to the economic vitality of local territories and the development of new entrepreneurial ventures.
