At Factory & Co, we bring you an authentic New York culinary experience. Smash burgers, bagels, and genuine New York cheesecakes are at the heart of our menu, all served in a warm atmosphere with décor inspired by American diners.
Factory & Co was founded in 2009 by Jonathan Jablonski, a passionate lover of American cuisine—a true New York Food Lover!

What sets us apart from other brands is our complete mastery of the production of our bakery and pastry range. Everything is crafted in our 2,000 m² workshop located just outside Paris, near Porte de Bercy.

For over 15 years, we’ve been transporting our customers straight to the heart of New York City. Factory & Co is a welcoming brand focused on sharing and embracing indulgent treats that appeal to all generations.
Ranging from 150 to over 300 m², our restaurants adapt to all environments: city centers, shopping malls, train stations, or airports. Today, we have 11 locations in France, with plans to grow to around 50 by 2030.
