Being a true food court "à la française", the backbone of our concept revolves around a wide choice of customisable salads, hot pastas, savory tarts, and poké bowls, all made from fresh produce, to eat in, take away, or to order online.

More than just another restaurant, Green sur mesure is an agile solution, designed to optimise the profitability of the healthy food market by adressing the 5 main consumption moments of the day. That's why we've launched our Express Counter for quick self-service sales, and our connected fridges for businesses located near our restaurants. It's also why we've developed successful modular elements such as our ready-to-eat meals, soups, sandwiches, rice flour pinsas, and our brand-new Coffee Shop module specifically designed for locations intended for all-day operation: a sweet moment for the mid-morning and afternoon gourmet break, sometimes combined with coworking. Last but not least, we have developed a range of catering services appreciated by companies looking for easy solutions for team lunch meetings.
