Description: Since its creation in 1994, Guy Hoquet l’Immobilier has established itself as a key player in the real estate market. With 520 agencies and business firms spread across France, but also internationally, the group is today the 3rd network of franchised real estate agencies in France. The group, which today has 3,200 employees, concluded 25,000 transactions in 2023 and has a turnover of 159 million euros. In 2019, Guy Hoquet l'Immobilier joined the Arche group to continue its development in the region and integrate its new Financing, Management, Insurance, Heritage and Expertise services. In 2023, Guy Hoquet l'Immobilier is launching Hoquet Business, a new model of a business firm specializing in professional transactions, with an innovative concept: a hybrid meeting space, in strategic locations. Objective: to become the leading national player in professional real estate. Guy Hoquet l'Immobilier is a member of the French Franchise Federation and was elected “Brand of the Year 2023/2024” and received the “Grand Prix de l’Innovation AI 2024/2025” at the IREF Franchise and Partnership Trophies.
