Description: Heiko Poké Bowls – An innovative concept in a booming sector Heiko offers an innovative solution and a fast good positioning which differs from the existing offer thanks to around ten savory recipes revisiting this traditional Hawaiian dish, sweet poké and always the possibility of creating your own bowl. From the ingredients to the toppings to the sauce: each poké has been thought out down to the smallest detail so that it is an explosion of flavors in every bite, “On the networks as in a restaurant”. For several years, consumption patterns have evolved and the fast food segment is favored to the detriment of traditional catering. The health crisis has also accelerated the digitalization of the sector with, among other things, delivery and click and collect. Poke responds perfectly to these new “healthy eating” trends. Good lipids, minerals, vitamins, vegetables, protein, everything comes together for a good, balanced, quick and affordable meal.
