- In 1986, creation of Système V by Vilmorin. In 1997, the franchisees bought Système V, which became “L’Espace enchanté Vilmorin”, then VillaVerde SAS.
In 2011, VillaVerde merged with Pollen and became Sévéa, which operates the VillaVerde and Affiliés brands. In 2014, Sévéa launched the Version VillaVerde brand.
The brand continues to evolve this concept to always better meet the needs of our customers. Our network has a unique feature: the capital is held by our members. This distinct economic model makes our franchisees the owners of their stores, but also the shareholders of La Centrale.
