Access to my exhibitor space

How do I retrieve my username or password to connect to my exhibitor area?

Your login is the email address provided during registration by the participation manager.

Go to your exhibitor area to register. Click on "Forgotten password" to retrieve a new password. A new password will be automatically sent by email to the address of the participation manager.

Your exhibitor area includes:
  • An administrative section: administrative information, quotes, invoices, etc.
  • A technical section: technical and logistical information relating to your stand
  • A communication section: tools allowing you to contact visitors to the show
  • An online store: all additional services
Each area allows you to specifically track your participation in the show.

You can modify your exhibitor profile at any time, even if you have validated it.

However, we recommend that you complete your form before Monday, February 10, 2025. We will then use your information for the show catalogue.

The safety notice or prevention plan is sent to each exhibitor. You must send it to your decorator. This document must be forwarded to all those present during set-up and dismantling.
This SPS notice can be downloaded from the technical area, completed and returned before Tuesday February 11, 2025 by email sps@dot.fr

The exhibitor and/or decorator must ensure that the set-up personnel they use are equipped with safety shoes, gloves and all the equipment necessary to prevent risks.
The companies involved (exhibitors and decorators) remain responsible for the safety of their employees.

Exhibitor badges

How many exhibitor badges am I entitled to?

The quota of badges allocated to exhibitors is 1 badge/3sqm.
No badge is required to access the pavilion during set-up and dismantling

You can edit and download your exhibitor badges from your exhibitor area if your participation in the show is sold out.
Please note that you will need to have a unique email address for each badge to be edited. Once created, you will be able to download them individually or in full as PDFs.

No badge is required to access the Pavilion during set-up and dismantling.

You have a personal invitation code to invite your contacts to the show for free. You can track their registration status directly from your communication area.

You can share your personal invitation code unlimitedly.

Parking and delivery

What address should I have my equipment delivered to?

The address to indicate is as follows:

Be sure to include:
  • Exhibitor name and stand number

Please note that delivery and reception are carried out under the responsibility of the exhibitor and in his presence on the stand. In no way can the responsibility of the Parc des Expos Porte de Versailles or the organizer be engaged.

Register each vehicle entering the Parc des Expos by clicking on the link: https://logipass.viparis.com/

Create an account, then fill out the form. You will be asked for the vehicle registration number and the driver's contact details.

You will receive a pass to be printed and placed on the windshield of the vehicle during the set-up and dismantling periods of the show.

During the set-up and dismantling period, you can come and park your vehicle to unload your equipment. To do this, you must declare each vehicle on the website https://logipass.viparis.com/


After registering each vehicle, print the sticker and place it on the dashboard. Then, we strongly advise you to park your vehicle in the P1 car park if it is a private vehicle.

When you registered, you selected a STANDARD EQUIPMENT PACK or a LIGHT EQUIPMENT PACK*:
> You have a parking space (VL < 1.90 m) valid for the entire duration of the show's opening to the public. During the set-up, we invite you to come and collect your parking space from the show's Exhibitor Office.

If you have not selected a STANDARD EQUIPMENT PACK or a LIGHT EQUIPMENT PACK:
> We recommend that you order your parking space in advance directly on the VIPARIS page .
A 3-day package is offered to you, depending on the type of vehicle (light vehicles, light commercial vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, etc.)

BARE STAND
- Floor markings only (bare, unbuilt surface, no carpet)
- Daily cleaning of your stand
Does not include electrical box - To be ordered from VIPARIS

STAND PRESENCE +*
- 2.50 m high wooden partitions, 3 brushed cotton colours to choose from
- 3 carpet colors to choose from
- A reserve according to the surface area: 1sqm from 12sqm / 2sqm from 25sqm / 3msqm from 36sqm
- A 3 kW single-phase electrical box (during the show's opening hours) and a power strip at the meter.
- A rail of 3 low-consumption directional spotlights every 9sqm
- A double-sided flag sign.

During the show

What accommodations are close to the show?

We advise you to book your hotel nights as early as possible.

Several catering points are distributed throughout the lounge:

  • Go Johnny Go
  • A food court area offered by exhibitors at the show.
Each dining area is indicated on the show floor plan.
If you prefer delivery to the stand, contact directly one of the caterers referenced by the VIPARIS website:

A cloakroom is available at the entrance to the show.

- Stroller, scooter: €5

A free courtesy Wi-Fi connection is available at the show. However, this connection is limited. We advise you to order a wired internet connection if you wish to do demonstrations on your stand for example. To do this, go to your exhibitor area, under the heading "Technical services"
