What is Franchise Expo Paris?

Founded in 1982, Franchise Expo Paris has over the years acquired the status of an unmissable event for franchising and entrepreneurship in France and abroad. Designed to be a toolkit for entrepreneurs, the show aims to trigger encounters between project developers looking for new challenges and expanding franchises, to bring them together around shared projects.

At this premier event for meeting and exchange, people wishing lo launch their own business will find out everything they need to know about the franchising model and its benefits.They will be able to meet the business creation ecosystem and draw inspiration from the experience and advice of franchisees and franchisors from more than 500 brands, in particular through a comprehensive series of talks and panel discussions.

Who is Franchise Expo Paris for?

The show is aimed at anyone with a business project, at people who dream of running their own business, whatever their profile and how far they have progressed in their entrepreneurial journey.
· Business owners, whether independent or members of a network, who are considering franchising as a way of developing their business;
· Students, employees in a company or seeking a career change who wish to set up in business and are looking for a concept that fits their profile;
· Franchise candidates looking for a specialist opinion before they finalise their application;
· Franchisees wishing to develop their business (master, multi-unit and multi-brand franchisees);
· Future franchisors wishing to validate their concept, become more familiar with the model, understand how to duplicate it and meet experts who can help them;
· Institutional investors looking for the right brand to set up and develop in their French or foreign geographical zone.

But without brands, there wouldn’t be a trade show. Therefore Franchise Expo Paris also reaches out to all franchising networks in France and abroad. Covering areas as diverse as building, automotive, beauty, hotels, hospitality and childcare, 90 sectors converge at the show each year to recruit new franchisees, plan their geographical expansion and meet experts. Indeed, Franchise Expo Paris also boasts around 100 business creation partners, who attend the show to offer their advice and support to business creators, project developers and networks.

What will I find at Franchise Expo Paris?

A series of clearly distinguishable spaces and sectors make for a smooth visitor experience, help guide candidates in their search, and highlight the diversity of the range on offer at the show, and in franchising more broadly.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the 600 exhibitors spread across the 10 sector zones, and source information and advice in several feature areas:

About the French Franchising Federation
A major player in the dynamism of the French economy, the French Franchising Federation is the professional federation of franchisors and their franchisees since 1971. It represents the franchising model, a model of entrepreneurship based on the transfer of know-how and the sharing of value. Its role is to promote, defend and perpetuate the franchise model, but also to federate its ecosystem and create the tools and the environment for the development and performance of franchise networks. In 1981, the French Franchise Federation created the Franchise Expo Paris exhibition, which has since become a major annual international franchising event.
In France, franchising accounts for 1,972 networks, 84,497 franchised outlets, for a turnover of more than 76.6 billion euros. The activity generates 828,178 jobs (direct and indirect). In 2009, the FFF created the Acadélmie de la Franchise, the first training organisation for franchising professions, whose services are aimed at future franchisees, but also to future and current franchisors.
