Is the show accessible to people with reduced mobility?
•PAM, Paris Accompagnement Mobilité, is a specialized and adapted transport offer for people with reduced mobility set up by the Paris City Hall.
•The Paris Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition center is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Wheelchairs* are available for visitors with reduced mobility for the duration of the visit - go to the Information Point at the main entrance of the Porte de Versailles (gate A) or at the General Security Post of the Park (outside opening hours).
All car parks in the park have parking spaces for people with reduced mobility.
The park team is also at your service on +33(0) 1 40 68 16 16.
*Subject to availability and with the deposit of an identity document.

Is there a locker or a cloakroom?
A cloakroom is at your disposal at the entrance to the show.

All foreign nationals who wish to come to France must be able to present at the border the regulatory documents relating to the purpose of the stay, the means of subsistence and the conditions of accommodation.
As a general rule, unless exempted, a visa is required. It must be requested before departure from the competent French embassy or consulate in the applicant's country of residence.

How do I get an invitation letter for my visa?

Order your badge directly on our website
Ask for your invitation letter when ordering your badge
Print and present this letter along with your file to the French Embassy in your country
(Franchise Expo Paris is not responsible for granting or refusing visas)

Do I have to buy a badge for my child?
Admission is free for children under 15 years old.
From the age of 16, your child must provide a student card to benefit from a preferential rate of €10.

Is my badge avaliable for several days?
Your badge is valid for the 4 days of the show.

Can I buy my badge on site?
Cash registers are available and open from 9:30 a.m. at the entrance to the show.
To avoid queuing, we advise you to book your badge on our website, section « Badge ».

Should I print my badge?
You can go to the reception of the show with your digital badge on your phone or printed.

Are animals allowed?
Small pets are welcome, as long as they are carried in a bag.
We also allow guide or assistance dogs.

Can I withdraw money on the show?
A vending machine is available outside Hall 1, to the right of the visitor entrance.

Can we have lunch on the show?
Several restaurants will welcome you in pavilion 1: Paul, La Place, Factory & co, Go Johnny go and La brasserie parisienne.
