Description: Miss Cookies Coffee created by the Grandgerard family (3 brothers and sisters) is the perfect French-style coffee shop concept rooted in new technologies and equipped with its own production kitchen based in Dijon, its own purchasing center and its computer software streamlining costs.

The concept focuses on both high-quality products and real user-friendliness. The family spirit reigns within the start-up which has around twenty establishments in France. A team of 20 people at the head of the network supports, leads and communicates for the entire network.

If certain sites exceed 1 million turnover excluding tax outside Paris, all establishments benefit from the incredible ratios offered by the franchise (20% payroll, 72% margin rate) enough to obtain real profitability .

The start-up, which is already a strong brand, is doing everything it can to become the essential coffee shop in France.
