Created in 1980 by Christian PICART, Buffalo Grill is a restaurant chain specializing in grilled meats, inspired by America. Over the years, the brand has developed nationally to become the leader in sit-down dining in France. Buffalo Grill set up its own central purchasing and meat-cutting unit and continued to expand throughout the country.
