La Fabrique Cookies had always the vocation to put cookies in your life.Created in 2012, La Fabrique Cookies offers its customers cookies made in ourlabelled laboratory in Gennevilliers and sent to the stores every day. The cookies are then kneaded, calibrated and baked on site, in front of the customer.Our ingredients are carefully selected for their quality and their French manufacture : fresh butter AOP Charentes Poitou, organic eggs, flour from the center - Val de Loire, and so on. And of course: no artificial flavors or preservatives, no palm oil or margarine. 100% pure butter cookies.Today, La Fabrique Cookies has 13 directly owned stores, 4 openings planned in 2023, 85 employees and still and always new recipes of cookies which evolve according to the trends and the seasons.
