A sign dating from 1893 imported from Belgium. The Bertrand Group bought the brand in 2019 with the plan to reinvent the brand: Léon de Bruxelles becomes LEON, the specialist in seafood catering. A new decorative concept instantly evoking the beach and the lightness of vacation. Today, Léon has more than 70 restaurants, 53% of which are franchised.
