In each Spok, a chef cooks raw and seasonal products every morning, to offer dishes that change every day, but also salads, sandwiches and desserts. No central laboratory at Spok, but beautiful open kitchens.In a society where “fast” must combine with “good”, Spok has given itself the mission of reinventing the lunch break by mixing the codes of traditional catering – a chef, fresh produce and daily specials – to those of fast food, with a creative, healthy and tasty ready-to-eat offer.Since 2005, this lunch canteen concept has been developing throughout France as a franchise. Spok is also a network of 50 business leaders, passionate and exciting, united and caring, supported on a daily basis by the brand in their reconversion.
