Description
During his travels, pastry chef Yann Couvreur noticed a gap in the coffee shop offering: the lack of an experience combining specialty coffee and quality food. He therefore created YC Café, a concept combining a specific roasting, a wide range of hot and cold drinks, tasty pastries and viennoiserie pastries baked on site, as well as a fresh and gourmet lunch offer (sandwiches, buns, salads, etc.).
With our franchise experience with Yann Couvreur Pâtisserie (10 establishments in Paris, 8 internationally), we support our partners with recognized know-how.
YC Café is a concept that meets current consumer expectations, supported by a big name in French gastronomy.
