The 2023 winner of the Révélations de la Franchise is Crêpe Touch, a foodservice concept for gourmets. A judges’ special award was presented to Bienvenue à la Ferme, a network of shops specialising in the direct sale of farm produce. Alongside them was the finalist Land & Monkeys, a 100% plant-based bakery concept.
