Description: AMA’VIDA draws its inspiration for its cuisine from the gastronomy of southern Europe and the Caribbean islands, an influence which is reflected in its evocative name. Imported from the Costa Rican leitmotif “Pura Vida”, which describes a positive lifestyle and a simple philosophy of food, as an extension of our cuisine which aims to be creative, nutritious and tasty: Eat well for yourself and for the planet.In our restaurants, we aspire to create a real place for meetings and exchanges, while favoring organic, fresh and seasonal products, all in a relaxed and warm setting.Committed to a sustainable development and positive impact food approach, we aim for all our dishes to have a carbon impact 9 times lower than that of a traditional dish. How ? By using low-carbon proteins, without any industrialization process, with controlled cooking from start to finish and seasonal ingredients all year round. We want to offer truly sustainable catering, while keeping the taste and quality of the products at the center of our priorities.Thanks to our unique supply system, our goal is to grow a win-win partnership, where everyone contributes.Our model, centered on the importance of eating well for yourself and for the planet, stands out for its flexibility and innovation.
