Description: A Parisian roaster of speciality coffee since 2010, at Coutume everything is thought out and studied to offer you the full aromatic and taste potential of the coffee terroirs, from the plantation to the cup.
We support agriculture that takes care of the soil and promotes a respectful attitude towards growers. We offer coffees rated 82/100+ by SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) experts, 100% single origin, as Coutume does not use blends.
Our coffee selection evolves with the production seasons and a roasting profile is created for each coffee.
We currently have a network of 15 coffee shops with areas dedicated to tasting and discovery. Our baristas offer different extractions to suit all our customers' tastes. We also offer healthy, gourmet seasonal cuisine prepared with passion by our chefs.
With a team of 88 employees and sales of €6.9 million in 2023, up 38% on 2022, we are demonstrating our ability to innovate and prosper in the competitive world of coffee.
