- The City of Saint-Etienne is located in France, in the Rhône-Alpes Region, more precisely in the Loire. The town covers 80 km² and has 176,000 inhabitants, including 30,000 students.
The Commerce & Crafts department is integrated into the Attractiveness and regional development division. We act in favor of the commercial development of the territory.
